The mission of the Bursar's Office is to facilitate the processes to ensure that the services offered to our students are full of quality and excellence. Overall, our office is responsible to comply with policies and procedures established by the institution. As part of this, we conducted the following activities:
Guide and charge the costs of tuition, fees, transcripts and other approved charges for the academic year. Grant payment arrangements to students during the enrollment process. Deliver checks for Work-Study Program, surplus or refunds. Responsible for preparing the tuition fees certifications. This includes active and inactive students and students with institutional loans. Verify the accuracy and correctness of billing costs in the mechanized system. In charge of the billing process for debt collection of agencies such as: Vocational Rehabilitation, Consortium, Veterans, Army and others. Authorize the enrollment of students. We deliver the official program of student enrollment. We work with the renewal of institutional loans to ensure they get the student's signature on the institutional payment. We conducted the internal assessment process to measure quality and satisfaction level of services provided to students.
